Cutty’s Resort
Cutty’s Resort is tucked away in the National Forest of the Rocky Mountains in Central Colorado (157 acres to be exact), located just under two hours southwest of Colorado Springs, and only an hour away from the world-famous Royal Gorge Bridge and Park.
No matter if you’re looking to bring your RV to our resort, host your next reunion in a beautiful town surrounded by forest, or you simply just need to get away with the family and stay in one of our luxurious cabins, we’ve got something for everyone.

Cutty’s offers a camping experience you won’t find anywhere else. Nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, you and your loved ones can enjoy an abundance of activities while surrounded by incredible scenic views. We offer many activities and amenities to keep the whole family entertained. Go swimming in the indoor or outdoor pool. Play a round of mini golf. Shoot some hoops on the basketball court.
Try your hand at poker in the adult lounge upstairs in the lodge. Throw some horseshoes. Rent a golf cart and cruise around the resort with ease. Take a walk next to Hayden Creek. Take in the views. Or just relax at your campsite. Cutty’s Resort will provide the vacation you desire and create memories that will last a lifetime.

The Resort
We have an outdoor pool, miniature golf, tennis, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, cornhole, and horseshoes with stunning views surrounding you at all times. Our lodge includes an indoor pool as well as a general store. We also serve hot meals in the Rec Hall on the weekends and offer activities like outdoor movie night, bingo, karaoke, and ice cream socials.

We love love love Cutty’s!!! We’ve been coming here for 4 (maybe 5) years now and most years we come 2x a year because we love it so much!! The best is the super friendly and helpful staff. We’ve worked with Jill in reservations for years but she has now moved on but Jenny in reservations is also very nice & helpful.

An absolute gem of a campground, we really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were clean and well maintained and there were a lot of activities to entertain our kiddo when we weren’t out exploring all the awesome things to do in the area. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Jenny and Shay. We’re so happy that we discovered this place and plan to make it a regular destination when we’re looking to go camping.

My child had a magical time here. It’s safe-vehicles drive 5 mph or slower because there are so many kids running around. There’s an indoor heated pool and outdoor pool. The bathrooms were spotless. Their gift shop/store stays open until 10pm and they stock essentials just like a hotel. You can even get a 1/2 gallon of milk. Firewood was reasonably priced. If you can’t have a fire you can rent a grill. Mountain views are beautiful. They have a playground. Breakfast and pulled pork dinner were delicious and reasonably priced.

Our first time camping at Cuttys and we will be back. The staff was super friendly and it was great for the kids to have the pool and mini golf and they even did the bingo. We also took advantage of the dinner on Saturday night and the pancake breakfast on Sunday morning. It was nice to not have to clean up dishes at camp. Our campsite was awesome – right along the creek and we were thankful to have quiet neighbors on either side. Thanks Cuttys! You guys do a great job and we will be excited to come back for longer next summer.

I don’t even know where to start. I have been to so many different places, states, countries and have been in awe of what I’ve seen. I’m a Colorado native and never even knew Cutty’s existed. I can’t believe I’ve never heard of this place! It is absolutely magnificent! Cutty’s Resort is located in a secluded spot that makes it perfect! You are surrounded by mountains, creeks, forest, wildlife, it is breathtaking! There is so much to do at Cutty’s, we didn’t even have to leave!
