Our facilities

Once you’re on our property there is a wide variety of things for you and your family can enjoy including a Clubhouse, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court, basketball court, sand volleyball, horseshoe pits,  shuffleboard, country store, creek, hiking trails, playground, miniature golf, Video arcade, and adult lodge.

On-site activities

for the family include swimming, fishing on the creek, hiking, backpacking and walking trails. Saturday night steak cookout, Saturday and Sunday Breakfasts, see our calendar of events for other activities.

Enjoy various off-site activities

Including river rafting, horseback riding, ATV rental, world class fly fishing in the Arkansas River, rock climbing, ziplining and 4 wheeling. Must see attractions include The Royal Gorge, Cripple Creek, Pike’s Peak, and Garden of the Gods.

We welcome RVs, campers & tents. Daily, weekly and monthly rates.

Reservations during summer months are recommended.

Pet Friendly

All pets are welcome but must be leashed while in the resort.
